JobKeeper Process:

1. Read the ATO information and determine your eligibility as an employer
2. Read the ATO information and determine your eligible employees
3. Inform your employees in writing that you are intending to claim JobKeeper on their behalf
4. Collect the signed employee nomination notices from your employees - you don't lodge this anywhere, keep for audit records
5. Enrol your business for JobKeeper via the ATO's Business Portal
6. Enrol your employees for JobKeeper in Xero - and choose the correct starting fortnight you are claiming
7. Ensure your enrolled employees are paid at least $1,500 for eligibile fortnights and filing with Single Touch payroll
8. Make the monthly declaration in the ATO Business Portal
9. You should receieve last month's payroll in your bank account within a few business days
10. Determine how you want to reconcile and show the JobKeeper subsidy in your profit and loss
